One Killed in Fort Worth Pedestrian Accident on US 287 near Berry Street

Fort Worth, Texas (August 6, 2023) – According to a local news source, a female pedestrian was fatally struck by a vehicle on Saturday, July 22, in Fort Worth.

The deadly accident happened around 6:05 a.m., on Martin Luther King Freeway (Highway 287) near Berry Street.

According to the report, the female was walking in a lane of traffic when she was struck by a vehicle. She was pronounced dead at the scene. Her name has not been released.

The accident closed all lanes of the freeway for several hours.
