Arnold Gerardo and Ariel Lopez-Pina Killed in SE Austin Two-Vehicle Crash on East Stassney Lane near Teri Road

Austin, Texas (November 2, 2022) – The two people who were killed last month in a head-on collision in Southeast Austin have been identified as Arnold Gerardo, 23, and Ariel Lopez-Pina, 29, according to the police.

The fatal crash happened on October 20, in the 5900 block of East Stassney Lane, near Teri Road.

Police said a pickup truck and a crossover SUV collided head-on.

The five people in the SUV were taken to a local hospital, where two of them, Gerardo and Lopez-Pina, later died.

The passenger of the truck was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
