Man Critical after Nacogdoches Pedestrian Accident on South Street

Nacogdoches, Texas (May 4, 2019) – A driver fled the scene after hitting and injuring a pedestrian in Nacogdoches early Saturday morning.
According to the Nacogdoches police, the accident occurred in the 3200 block of South Street.
The report showed that a Nacogdoches man was attempting to cross the street when he was struck by two vehicles. One of the drivers involved stayed at the scene while the second fled.
The pedestrian was critically hurt in the collision. He was transported to Nacogdoches Memorial Hospital for treatment.
An investigation into the crash is underway.
