2 Officers Injured in DWI Crash on Fresno Road in San Antonio

Two Officers Injured in San Antonio Two-Vehicle Crash on Fresno Road

San Antonio, Texas (November 27, 2021) – Two police officers were injured Friday morning in a DWI crash in San Antonio, according to the police.

The crash happened around 10:40 a.m., November 26, in the 1300 block of Fresno Road.

Police said a Dodge Charger was traveling northbound in the 4000 block of IH-10 W Access Road when it struck a westbound patrol vehicle.

Two police officers were taken to the University Hospital with minor injuries.

The Dodge driver was arrested for driving while intoxicated.

No other injuries were reported in the crash.

The crash remains under investigation.
