1 Killed in West Houston Pedestrian Accident on Clay Road

Houston, Texas (September 11, 2019) – A pedestrian was fatally hit by a big rig Tuesday night in west Houston, according to the police.

The accident was reported around 8:50 p.m. September 10, in the 11800 block of Clay Road.

Police said the pedestrian was hit for unknown reasons by a tractor-trailer.

Officers responded to the scene and performed CPR on the victim, who was sadly declared dead at the scene.

The victim’s identity has not been disclosed.

The driver of the truck remained at the scene.
