One Killed in Bryan Pedestrian Accident on Earl Rudder Freeway; Jesus Morin Arrested

Bryan, Texas (February 26, 2022) – A pedestrian was fatally hit by a drunk driver early Friday morning in Bryan, according to the authorities.

The deadly accident happened around 1:30 a.m., February 25, in the 2300 Block of N Earl Rudder Freeway frontage road.

Authorities said Jesus Morin, 22, was driving southbound when he struck a pedestrian who was walking on the roadway.

The pedestrian was taken to the hospital, where they later died. Their identity has not been released.

Morin stayed at the scene and was arrested for his second DWI.

The authorities are investigating the crash.
