One Person Killed in Austin Pedestrian Accident on Interstate 35 and East Rundberg Lane

Austin, Texas (June 17, 2023) – A pedestrian died after being struck by a vehicle early Saturday morning in Austin, according to authorities.

The deadly crash happened at around 12:30 a.m. near Interstate 35 and East Rundberg Lane.

A vehicle hit the person under unclear circumstances.

Authorities said the victim died at the scene of the crash.

No other details were provided.

An investigation into the crash is underway.
