Pedestrian Injured in Hit-and-Run on Estes Parkway in Longview

One Injured in Longview Pedestrian Accident on Estes Parkway

Longview, Texas (May 7, 2021) – According to the police, a pedestrian was injured Sunday night in a hit-and-run crash in Longview.

The accident happened around 11:50 p.m., May 2, in the 3600 block of Estes Parkway.

Police said a pedestrian was standing in the middle of the roadway when they were struck by a 2006 beige Honda Civic.

The Civic fled the scene after the accident.

The authorities found parts of the Civic, including the passenger’s side mirror, and are looking for the vehicle which has passenger-side damage to the front bumper and mirror.

The pedestrian was taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The Longview police are investigating the crash and are urging anyone who sees the vehicle that matches the given description to please write down the license plate number and call them.
