One Killed in South Lubbock Pedestrian Accident at 98th Street and Slide Road

Lubbock, Texas (October 12, 2023) – A pedestrian was killed Wednesday evening in a crash in South Lubbock, according to the police.

The deadly accident was reported around 8:02 p.m., October 11, in the area of 98th Street and Slide Road.

Police said a person was pronounced dead after being involved in a pedestrian accident. The victim’s identity has not been released.

No other details were provided.

The police are investigating the crash.
