One Seriously Injured in Lubbock Pedestrian Accident at 137th Street and University Avenue

Lubbock, Texas – One person was seriously injured Saturday night in a pedestrian accident in Lubbock, according to the police.

The accident happened around 7:26 p.m., December 30, in the area of 137th Street and University Avenue.

Police said a person was struck by a passenger car and was taken to UMC with serious injuries.

The accident closed the intersection.

No other information was available.

The police are investigating the crash.
