Eduardo Nino Nino Killed in NE Arlington Two-Vehicle Crash on Great Southwest Parkway

Arlington, Texas – A man was killed Friday afternoon after his vehicle crashed into an 18-wheeler in northeast Arlington, according to the police.

The fatal crash happened around 2:15 p.m., February 9, in the 700 block of North Great Southwest Parkway.

Police said witnesses told them an 18-wheeler was attempting to back into a parking lot in order to make a delivery and temporarily blocked all lanes of traffic when a northbound Chevrolet 1500 crashed into its trailer.

The Chevrolet driver, Eduardo Nino Nino, 56, of Grand Prairie, was pronounced dead at the scene.

The 18-wheeler driver was uninjured in the crash and cooperated with the investigators.

The crash remains under investigation.
