Person Hit, Killed by Vehicle on I-35 in Austin

One Killed in Austin Pedestrian Accident on Interstate 35 

Austin, Texas (August 22, 2023) – A person was hit and killed by a vehicle early Monday morning in Austin, according to the police.

The deadly accident happened on August 21, on Interstate 35.

Police said a person was killed after being struck by a vehicle in the area.

One involved vehicle stayed at the scene after the accident.

I-35 northbound was shut down at exit 238B.

An investigation into the crash is underway.
