Person Injured in Smith County Pedestrian Accident on Highway 31 East

Smith County, Texas (May 27, 2019) – A person was hospitalized after being hit by a vehicle in Smith County Sunday morning, police said.
The collision happened on Sunday, May 26, on Highway 31 East.
It’s unclear how the pedestrian was struck.
Police said the victim was transported to a hospital. There was no update on the condition of the pedestrian.
