Possible Injuries after Tyler Car Accident on Highway 69 near FM 2016

Tyler, Texas (July 5, 2019) – Authorities are investigating a two-vehicle crash that occurred Friday morning in Tyler.

The wreck happened at around 8:45 a.m. on Highway 69, near the intersection of FM 2016.
