Shayden Ramsey Killed in Two-Vehicle Crash on US 180 in Stephens County

Stephens County, Texas – A woman was killed Monday night in a two-vehicle crash in Stephens County, according to the Texas DPS.

The fatal crash happened just after 10:00 p.m., April 22, on US Highway 180 inside Breckenridge city limits.

DPS said Shayden Ramsey, 22, of Breckenridge, was driving when she failed to yield to the right of way when she was turning out of a parking lot onto the highway and was struck by an oncoming pickup truck.

Ramsey was pronounced dead at the scene.

The pickup truck driver was treated for minor injuries and released.

No further details were available.

The DPS is investigating the crash.
