3 Killed in Houston Two-Vehicle Crash on SW Freeway at Bellerive

Houston, Texas (August 11, 2019) – Three people were killed in a two-vehicle crash early Sunday morning in Houston, a local news source reported.

The fatal crash happened around 1:00 a.m. on the feeder road at Bellerive.

Police said a black Tahoe hit a silver pickup truck on the feeder road.

The impact caused the Tahoe to roll over severally, ejecting two passengers. They were taken to the hospital where they later died.

A third passenger was trapped inside the vehicle and was declared dead at the scene.

The pickup truck driver was uninjured in the crash.

Officers said speed was a factor in the crash.
