Naomi Nash Killed in 3-Vehicle Crash on FM 51 in Weatherford

Naomi Nash ID’d as Teenager Killed in Weatherford Crash on FM 51 at North Bend Road

Weatherford, Texas (October 19, 2023) – The Texas Department of Public Safety has identified the teenager who died following a three-vehicle collision early Sunday morning in Weatherford as Naomi Nash, 18, of Weatherford, Texas.

The deadly crash happened at around 1:13 a.m. Sunday, October 15, on FM 51 at North Bend Road.

According to the DPS’s report, a 2013 Mini Cooper was heading westbound on North Bend Road when its driver failed to yield the right of way while turning southbound onto FM 51. As a result, a 2013 Nissan Rogue and a 2018 Toyota Camry collided with the Mini Cooper.

Nash, who was in the Mini Cooper, died at the scene of the crash. She was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident.

Three occupants of the Mini Cooper, Colby Harrison, 18, of San Angelo, Kenneth Parrish of Ponder, and Harley Blakeley of Graford were transported to Texas Health Harris Hospital in Fort Worth. All were wearing seatbelts.

The fourth occupant of the Mini Cooper, Dakota Graham, 19, of Weatherford, did not suffer any injuries.

The driver of the Nissan Rogue, identified as 26-year-old Carter Bobo of Springtown, was taken to Texas Health Harris Hospital.

25-year-old Kaitlyn Pruemer of Mineral Wells, who was the driver of the Toyota Camry, was uninjured.

The road conditions were dry, and the posted speed limit was 55 miles per hour.

The crash remains under investigation.
