Timothy Embargo Killed in Nacogdoches Two-Vehicle Crash on Stallings Drive

Nacogdoches, Texas – One person was killed and two others were injured Wednesday afternoon in a two-vehicle crash in Nacogdoches, according to the police.

The fatal crash happened around 2:20 p.m., January 10, in the 3700 block of N.E. Stallings Drive.

Police said Timothy Embargo, 23, of Nacogdoches, was driving westbound when he crossed over into the eastbound lanes and collided with an eastbound Ford F-750.

Embargo was pronounced dead at the scene.

Both the driver and the passenger in the Ford were transported to the hospital with minor injuries.

The crash closed all eastbound lanes for several hours.

The NPD Traffic Division is investigating the crash.
