65-Year-Old Village Mills Man Killed in West Tarrant County Pedestrian Accident on I-20

Tarrant County, Texas (July 10, 2020) – A person was fatally hit by a vehicle early Thursday morning in far West Tarrant County, a local news source reported.

The accident occurred on July 9, in the westbound lanes of Interstate 20 near Markum Ranch Road.

According to the report, a truck driver was outside of his big rig when he was struck by a passing vehicle, possibly another big rig.

The driver, a 65-year-old Village Mills man, was declared dead at the scene.

No other details were provided.

The crash remains under investigation.
