San Angelo, Texas (August 19, 2021) – Two people were injured Wednesday afternoon in a three-vehicle crash in San Angelo, according to the police.

The crash happened shortly before 11:00 a.m., August 18, at the intersection of Knickerbocker Road and Bryant Avenue.

Police said a silver Dodge pickup truck was traveling northbound on Bryant Avenue when it attempted to turn left and failed to yield the right-of-way to a southbound newer Dodge pickup, resulting in a collision.

Both vehicles then collided with a Chevrolet pickup truck near the intersection.

Two occupants in the newer silver Dodge pickup were taken to a local hospital for treatment.

The crash closed down the intersection.

The police are investigating the crash.

Common Causes of Automobile Accidents

While there are many causes of car accidents, the most common reasons of driver negligence include driver inattention; cell phone use; texting and driving; speeding; fatigue; failure to yield the right of way from a stop sign or private drive; running a red light; and driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs,” Attorney Joel A. Gordon said. Mr. Gordon believes that an independent investigation is important. An Attorney will help obtain the crash report, secure accident photos, interview witnesses, and create a claim.
