Two Men Injured in Head-On Crash on Highway 90 in San Antonio

Two Men Hospitalized after San Antonio Two-Vehicle Crash on Highway 90 and Nogalitos

San Antonio, Texas (April 20, 2020) – Two men were injured in a head-on collision early Sunday morning in San Antonio, according to San Antonio police.

The crash happened around 1:53 a.m. April 19, on Highway 90 and Nogalitos.

Police said a man was driving an SUV eastbound on the westbound lanes of Highway 90 when he crashed head-on into another vehicle.

Two men in the SUV had to be extricated using Jaws of Life. Both victims were taken to University Hospital, where they were listed in stable condition.

The wrong-way driver was tested for a DWI. 

The crash closed the westbound lanes of Highway 90 for several hours from I-35 to General Hudnell.

The crash remains under investigation.
