Woman Killed in San Antonio Pedestrian Accident on Nacogdoches Road and Hillpoint

San Antonio, Texas (February 26, 2020) – A woman was fatally hit by a pickup truck Wednesday morning in San Antonio, according to the police.

The deadly accident occurred just before 6:00 a.m. on Nacogdoches Road and Hillpoint, just south of Wurzbach Parkway.

Police said the woman was crossing the street, in an area that is not well-lit, when she was struck by a white pickup truck.

The woman was declared dead at the scene. Her name has not been released.

The pickup driver stopped at the scene after the accident.

The crash closed both directions of Nacogdoches Road.

An investigation is underway.
