Woman Killed in Houston Three-Vehicle Crash on East Freeway near Dell Dale Boulevard

Houston, Texas (March 11, 2023) – A woman was killed Friday morning in a three-vehicle crash in Houston, according to the authorities.

The fatal crash happened just after 3:30 a.m., March 10, in the eastbound lanes of East Freeway near Dell Dale Boulevard.

Authorities said the crash involved two vehicles and an 18-wheeler. A woman was ejected from her vehicle and was pronounced dead at the scene. Her name has not been released.

The crash closed East Freeway just past Beltway 8. The freeway was reopened just before 7:00 a.m.

The crash remains under investigation.
