Xiaojun Zhou, Tiezan Wang Killed in Car Accident on IH-20 in Reeves County

Xiaojun Zhou and Tiezan Wang Killed in Reeves County Two-Vehicle Crash on IH-20

Reeves County, Texas (February 17, 2020) – Two people were killed in a two-vehicle crash on Saturday in Reeves County, according to the DPS.

The fatal crash took place around noon, February 15, on IH-20.

DPS said Xiaojun Zhou, 53, and Tiezan Wang, 54, both from California, were traveling eastbound on the highway in a Honda Accord when their car hit a guardrail and crossed the center median and hit a Kenworth truck-tractor towing a semi-trailer.

Both Zhou and Wang were pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver of the semi-truck was taken to Reeves County Hospital with non-incapacitating injuries.

The crash remains under investigation.
