Zachary Sutherland Killed in Sherman Pedestrian Accident on US Highway 75

Sherman, Texas (November 24, 2023) – A pedestrian was killed Wednesday afternoon in a crash in Sherman, according to the police.

The deadly accident happened around 12:50 p.m., November 22, in the 3600 block of North US Highway 75, right in front of Whataburger.

Police said 18-year-old Zachary Wayne Sutherland was found dead after a vehicle and pedestrian crash on the northbound frontage road.

No other information was available.

The Sherman Police Department Critical Accident Investigation team is investigating the crash.
