1 Airlifted After 18-Wheeler Crash on Grand Parkway in Harris County

One Injured in Harris County 18-Wheeler Crash on Grand Parkway near Cypress Rosehill

Harris County, Texas (January 11, 2022) – One person was injured Monday morning in a two-vehicle crash in Harris County, according to the deputies.

The crash happened on January 10, on Grand Parkway.

Deputies said an 18-wheeler struck an SUV which was obstructing the roadway.

The SUV driver, a man in his 50s, was airlifted to the hospital for treatment.

It is unclear if the big rig driver sustained injuries in the crash.

The crash closed all lanes of the Grand Parkway near Cypress Rosehill.

The crash remains under investigation.
