One Critically Injured in San Antonio Two-Vehicle Crash at Main Avenue and Elmira Street

San Antonio, Texas (September 12, 2021) – According to the police, one person was critically injured on Saturday in a two-vehicle crash in San Antonio’s North Side.

The crash happened around noon, September 11, at the intersection of Main Avenue and Elmira Street.

Police said a vehicle ran a red light at the intersection and crashed into a pickup truck that had a green light.

The force of the impact ejected the pickup truck driver, and his vehicle crashed into a nearby utility pole.

The pickup driver was taken to the Brooke Army Medical Center in critical condition.

No other injuries were reported in the crash.

The police are investigating the crash.
