One Injured in South Austin 18-Wheeler Crash on Interstate 35 near FM 1626

Austin, Texas – One person was injured Wednesday night in an 18-wheeler crash in south Austin, according to a local news source.

The crash happened around 11:13 p.m., January 24, in the northbound lane of I-35 just north of FM 1626.

According to the report, two 18-wheelers were involved in the crash.

One person sustained minor injuries in the crash.

The crash closed the northbound lanes for several hours.

The crash remains under investigation.
