One Person Seriously Injured in Tyler Crash on Toll 49

Tyler, Texas (June 8, 2023) – One person was seriously injured in a traffic accident in Tyler on Thursday evening, according to the Tyler Police Department.

The collision happened on Toll 49.

Police said two vehicles were involved in the crash. Details on what led to the accident were not immediately available.

One patient was transported to a nearby hospital in serious condition. The second person was not injured.

Toll 49 was closed during the investigation.

The crash remains under investigation.
