One Injured in Lubbock Crash on University Avenue and 38th Street

Lubbock. Texas (June 28, 2022) – One person was injured in a collision involving two vehicles early Tuesday morning at an intersection in Lubbock, according to Lubbock police.

The two-car wreck happened at around 3:00 a.m. in the area of University Avenue and 38th Street.

Two vehicles were involved in the crash. Following the crash, one of the involved vehicles reportedly slammed into a cement brick wall behind a nearby home.

One person sustained moderate injuries in the crash.

Further details regarding the collision were immediately provided.

The accident remains under investigation.
