One Injured in North Austin Ambulance Crash at Burnet Road and Shoreline Drive

Austin, Texas (May 4, 2023) – One person was injured Wednesday morning in an ambulance crash in north Austin, according to officials.

The crash happened just before 8:45 a.m., May 3, at the intersection of Burnet Road and Shoreline Drive.

Officials said a vehicle with three people inside collided with a Travis County ESD No. 2 EMS ambulance at the intersection.

One person was taken to St. David’s Hospital Round Rock for further assessment.

No other injuries were reported for the three ESD No. 2 medics.

An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
