One Injured in Nacogdoches Two-Vehicle Crash on NE Stallings Drive; Khristian Goree Arrested

Nacogdoches, Texas (February 13, 2022) – One person was injured Friday evening in a hit-and-run accident in Nacogdoches, according to the police.

The crash happened on February 11, in the 4000 block of NE Stallings Drive.

Police said a 2016 Honda was stopped at a traffic light when it was rear-ended by a GMC driven by Khristian Kane Goree, 21.

Goree fled the scene heading eastbound at a high rate of speed after the crash.

The Honda driver sustained minor injuries in the crash.

An NPD officer made a traffic stop on the GMC a short distance away from the crash scene, and Goree was arrested. He has been charged with an accident causing injury or death.

The crash remains under investigation.
