Fatality Reported in Hays County Multi-Vehicle Crash on Highway 290

Hays County, Texas (May 13, 2020) – According to a local news source, multiple vehicles were involved in a fatal crash on Tuesday afternoon in Hays County.

The fatal crash occurred around 1:20 p.m. May 12, on Highway 290 near Henley Loop.

Authorities said multiple vehicles collided, for unknown reasons, on the highway.

Hays County Sheriff’s Office said the crash was fatal, but they didn’t say how many people were killed.

The crash closed Highway 290 at Henley Loop.

No other details were provided.

The authorities are investigating the crash.
