One Injured in Lubbock Two-Vehicle Crash on Loop 289 near Quaker Avenue

Lubbock, Texas (June 26, 2022) – One person was injured on Saturday in a two-vehicle crash in Lubbock, according to a local news source.

The crash happened on June 25, on south Loop 289 near Quaker Avenue.

According to the report, a truck pulling a horse trailer collided with an SUV.

One person sustained injuries in the crash but refused emergency medical services.

It was unknown if the horses were injured in the crash.

Entrance ramps to Loop 289 were closed following the crash, and motorists were urged to avoid the area.

The crash remains under investigation.
