One Killed and Two Injured in Oak Grove Two-Vehicle Crash on SH 34

Oak Grove, Texas (December 26, 2021) – One person was killed, and two others were injured Saturday night in a head-on collision in Oak Grove, according to the authorities.

The fatal crash occurred on December 25, on State Highway 34, just south of County Road 139 and north of Country Lane, between Terrell and Kaufman.

Authorities said two vehicles collided head-on on the highway.

One person was pronounced dead at the scene. Another person was airlifted to a local hospital, while a third victim was taken to the hospital by ground ambulance.

The crash closed both directions of the highway.

The Texas Department of Public Safety is investigating the crash.
