One Seriously Injured in Pedestrian Crash near West Braker Lane and the Research Blvd in NW Austin

Person Seriously Injured in NW Austin Pedestrian Crash near West Braker Lane and the Research Boulevard 

Austin, Texas (November 2, 2020) – A person was seriously injured in a pedestrian accident Sunday morning in northwest Austin, according to officials.

The accident happened around 9:15 a.m., November 1, near the intersection of West Braker Lane and the Research Boulevard service road.

Officials said a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle, for unknown reasons, near the intersection.

The victim was taken to Dell Seton Medical Center with serious, potentially life-threatening injuries.

No further details regarding the crash were provided.

An investigation into the crash is underway.
