1 Killed in Car Crash on I-30 in Fort Worth

One Killed in Fort Worth Multi-Vehicle Crash on Interstate 30

Fort Worth, Texas (October 23, 2023) – One person was killed early Sunday morning in a head-on collision in Fort Worth, according to the police.

The fatal crash happened just before 6:00 a.m., October 22, on Interstate 30.

Police said a vehicle was traveling westbound when it swerved off the freeway, got back onto the freeway, crossed all lanes of traffic and was struck by oncoming vehicles.

The driver was taken to a local hospital where he later died. His name has not been released.

Four other people who were involved in the crash are OK.

The crash closed all the westbound lanes of I-30 at Eastchase Parkway for several hours.

The police are investigating the crash.
