Driver Killed and Two Hospitalized after Harris County Crash on Spring Cypress

Harris County, Texas (October 11, 2023) – A two-vehicle collision claimed the life of a driver and left two other people injured on Wednesday morning in Harris County, authorities said.

The deadly crash happened at about 7:00 a.m. in the 6800 block of Spring Cypress.

According to the authorities, a Mustang was heading westbound on Spring Cypress when its driver lost control and slammed into another vehicle.

The Mustang driver died at the scene. The name of the victim has not been released pending notification of next of kin.

Two patients were transported to a hospital in unknown condition.

An investigation into the crash is underway.
