40-Year-Old woman, 54-Year-Old Woman Injured in Harker Heights Pedestrian Accident on Prospector Trail
Harker Heights, Texas (May 21, 2019) – Two women were hospitalized after being struck by a car Monday morning in Harker Heights, authorities said.
The crash happened in the 700 block of Prospector Trail Monday, May 20.
According to a report, a 2005 silver Ford Escape was heading eastbound on Prospector Trail when for unknown reasons it hit two women who were walking in the same direction.
A 54-year-old woman was taken by ground ambulance to Seton Hospital in Harker Heights with incapacitating injuries while a 40-year-old woman also sustained incapacitating injuries and was airlifted to Baylor Scott and White Hospital in Temple.
The driver of the Ford Escape was unhurt.
The crash remains under investigation.
