One Killed in Harris County Two-Vehicle Crash on South Beltway 8

Harris County, Texas (March 15, 2021) – One person was killed in a two-vehicle crash Sunday morning in SW Harris County, according to a local news source.

The deadly crash occurred around 10:00 a.m., on South Beltway 8, between Rockwell Boulevard and Hillcroft Avenue.

According to the report, two vehicles were involved in the crash.

After the crash, one of the vehicles came to a rest straddling the center barriers between the eastbound and westbound lanes of the tollway, while the other vehicle came to a rest on its roof in the middle of the roadway.

One person was killed in the crash. The victim’s identity has not been released.

The crash closed several lanes of Beltway 8 for several hours.

No further details regarding the crash were provided.

An investigation into the crash is underway.
