One Killed in Lubbock Two-Vehicle Crash on East Slaton Road

Lubbock, Texas (October 8, 2020) – One person was killed in a head-on collision early Wednesday morning in Lubbock, according to authorities.

The fatal crash occurred around 5:45 a.m., October 7, in the 4200 block of East Slaton Road.

Police said a Jeep was traveling on the wrong side of the roadway when it crashed head-on into a semi-truck.

One person was killed in the crash.

No other information was provided.

The crash remains under investigation.
