One Killed in Austin Motorcycle Crash on Interstate 35 

Austin, Texas (April 23, 2021) – According to the authorities, one person was killed Thursday afternoon in a motorcycle crash in Austin.

The deadly accident happened around 12:07 p.m., April 22, on Interstate 35 near U.S. Highway 290.

Authorities said the crash involved a motorcycle and a vehicle.

One person was pronounced dead at the scene. The victim’s identity has not been released.

The crash closed southbound Interstate 35. Traffic was detoured to the frontage road at exit 240.

No other details were provided.

The crash remains under investigation.
