One Killed in Groesbeck Pedestrian Accident on SH 164 near CR 800

Groesbeck, Texas (November 3, 2023) – One person was killed Thursday morning in a pedestrian accident in Groesbeck, according to the police.

The deadly accident happened around 7:13 a.m., November 2, on SH-164 near CR-800.

Police said a person was attempting to cross the street when they were struck by an approaching vehicle. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. Their identity has not been released.

No other information was available.

An investigation into the crash is underway.
