1 Killed in Pedestrian Crash on SH 6 in Falls County

One Killed in Falls County Pedestrian Accident on Highway 6

Falls County, Texas (March 22, 2022) – One person was killed Sunday night in a pedestrian accident in Falls County, according to the authorities.

The deadly accident happened around 10:00 p.m., on March 20, on Highway 6.

Authorities said a person was trying to cross the highway when they were struck by a vehicle.

The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. Their identity has not been released.

The vehicle remained at the scene after the accident.

The accident closed Business Hwy 6 southbound, the service road at Hwy 7 and Hwy 6, and FM 147.

An investigation is underway.
