Pilot Killed in Katy Plane Crash at Mason Creek Community Center on Kingsland Boulevard

Katy, Texas (July 13, 2019) – One person was killed in a plane crash on Saturday morning in Katy, according to the authorities.

The incident occurred at about 10:30 a.m. at the Mason Creek Community Center on Kingsland Boulevard.

The plane crashed into the building and caught fire. The plane and the building were fully engulfed in flames due to the crash.

The pilot was confirmed dead at the scene.

It’s unclear whether there were other parties injured.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
