Female Pedestrian Critically Hurt in  Fort Worth Scaffolding Accident along West 2nd Street

Fort Worth, Texas (February 7, 2019) – A pedestrian sustained critical injuries in a scaffolding accident that also injured two workers outside a building in Fort Worth on Wednesday afternoon.
According to the authorities, the incident took place at a building along West 2nd Street between Throckmorton and Houston streets on Wednesday, February 6.
The authorities said a woman was walking along the street when a scaffolding collapsed outside the building.
The woman was rushed to a hospital in critical condition. Two construction workers, who were doing renovations at the building, were treated at the scene and released.
Authorities did not release the identities of the parties involved.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
