1 Injured in San Antonio Car Accident on Highway 181 South and Loop 1604 South
San Antonio, Texas (February 26, 2019) – A person was hospitalized Monday morning after a head-on collision on the Far Southeast Side, according to a local news source.
The collision occurred just before 10:30 a.m. Monday, February 25 on Highway 181 South and Loop 1604 South.
Authorities said a vehicle was making a left-hand turn onto Loop 1604 when it was T-boned by another vehicle that failed to stop at a stop sign.
One person was airlifted to San Antonio Military Medical Center in unknown condition.
An investigation into the crash is underway.
