Two Injured in Waco Car Crash on Franklin Street

Waco, Texas (July 7, 2019) – Two people were hospitalized after a two-vehicle collision on Saturday in Waco, according to police.

The crash occurred on Franklin Street on Saturday, July 6.

Police said a gray Honda Pilot was heading west on Franklin Street  when a red Dodge Challenger failed to yield and collided with the Honda.

A passenger in the Challenger was extricated by emergency crews.

The two occupants of the Challenger were transported to Baylor Scott and White Hillcrest Medical Center with unknown injuries.

No one else was hurt in the crash.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
