Two Injured in Tioga Crash at Hinton Drive and U.S. 377

Tioga, Texas (April 14, 2023) – Two drivers were injured in a two-vehicle crash on Friday morning at an intersection in Tioga, according to authorities.

The crash happened just after 9:00 a.m. at the intersection of Hinton Drive and U.S. 377.

Authorities said one vehicle was exiting Hinton Drive to U.S. 377 when the driver failed to yield the right of way, and was hit by a car that was traveling northbound.

One driver was airlifted to an area hospital while the other was transported by ground ambulance. Their names and conditions were not immediately available.

Further details regarding the collision were immediately provided.

The crash remains under investigation.
