Two Injured in San Antonio Car Crash on Northwest Loop 410 at Cavender Toyota near Bandera Road

San Antonio, Texas (November 16, 2021) – Two people were injured early Monday morning in a car accident in San Antonio’s Northwest Side, according to the police.

The crash happened just before 1:00 a.m., November 15, on Northwest Loop 410 at the Cavender Toyota near Bandera Road.

Police said a car was speeding when it lost control, went down an embankment, and across the access road where it crashed into a landscape boulder. The car then went airborne and landed on its side between two trucks at the auto dealership.

Two people were trapped in the car. They had to be extricated and were taken to the hospital in stable condition.

The driver was being investigated for possible Driving While Intoxicated.

An investigation is underway.
